Terms and Conditions

1. General

These Terms and Conditions apply to all customers purchasing from CRA5Y SHOP (hereinafter referred to as “the Store”). By placing an order, customers are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Once a deposit has been made, the customer confirms acceptance of the product price and transaction terms stated on the invoice.

2. Product Information

All product descriptions are provided to the best of our knowledge; however, we do not guarantee absolute accuracy. Customers are advised to review product details carefully before purchase.

All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable
Product styles cannot be changed after order confirmation
Release dates of pre-order items are subject to delay without prior notice
If the manufacturer fails to supply the product, the deposit will be fully refunded

Customers must complete the collection of goods within 14 working days after receiving the arrival notification. Failure to do so will be considered as order abandonment, and all payments made will not be refunded.

If customers request collection after the stated period, a storage fee may be charged at the Store’s discretion.

Customers are required to inspect goods upon collection. Exchanges are only allowed in cases of missing parts or severe damage. Due to possible variations in paint and production, the Store reserves the final right to determine whether a replacement will be issued. No returns or exchanges will be accepted once the goods have left the store.

3. Pricing

All prices for products are as published by the Store and may fluctuate with market changes.

For SF Express “Cash on Delivery” (Freight Collect), shipping fees must be paid by the customer upon receipt. Please ensure accurate delivery information is provided.

5. Packaging

There may be instances of dents or damage to the outer packaging of goods; the Store is not responsible for this, and customers cannot request a refund based on this reason.

6. International Shipping & Customs

For all international orders, customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance requirements in their respective countries.

If the shipment is delayed, held, returned, or destroyed by customs authorities, resulting in non-delivery, the Store shall not be held responsible and no refunds or replacements will be provided.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Store shall not be liable for any indirect or incidental losses arising from the use of this website or the purchase of goods.

8. Return and Exchange Policy

Customers must provide their name and valid contact method when ordering goods.
The price of pre-ordered items will be based on the price listed on the receipt, and prices will not be modified to protect both parties.
Deposits for products ordered from the Store are non-refundable, and customers cannot change the product style after ordering.
If there are delays in the expected release date of a product, no further notice will be given.
In the event of insufficient supply from the manufacturer, all deposits will be fully refunded.
Dents in product packaging are normal; the Store is not responsible if customers delay pickup and are unable to collect aesthetically pleasing goods, nor can they request a refund based on this reason.
Please inspect the goods upon receipt. Exchange is only applicable for missing or damaged items. As colors may vary for each product, the Store reserves the final right to decide on exchanges. Once the goods have left the premises, they are non-returnable.

9. Privacy Policy

Customers' personal information will only be used for order processing and service improvement. For a detailed privacy policy, please refer to the Store's website.

10. Modification of Terms

The Store reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Modified terms will be published on the website, and customers are responsible for regularly reviewing them.

In the event of any disputes, the Store reserves all final decision-making rights.
