- Deposits for products ordered from the Store are non-refundable, and customers cannot change the product style after ordering.

- Customers must complete the pickup process within 14 days of receiving the Store's arrival notification; otherwise, the order will be considered canceled, and the right to collect the goods will be forfeited.
- Please inspect the goods upon receipt. Exchange is only applicable for missing or damaged items. As colors may vary for each product, the Store reserves the final right to decide on exchanges. Once the goods have left the premises, they are non-returnable.

If customers choose to use SF Express Cash on Delivery, the shipping fee will be paid by the customer upon delivery. Please ensure that an accurate delivery address and contact number are provided for smooth delivery.

There may be instances of dents or damage to the outer packaging of goods; the Store is not responsible for this, and customers cannot request a refund based on this reason.
